With deep regret, the Regional Council has decided to cancel the Subud California Regional Gathering which had been scheduled for August 2020, at U.C. Santa Barbara. This is due to uncertainty about the safety and feasibility of holding any kind of large group event this summer.
Registrations that have already been made for the 2020 Gathering will be canceled and any payments for registration will be refunded.
Discussion is underway about holding a virtual annual member meeting on Saturday, August 8, via Zoom or a similar video platform. This will be an opportunity for the Executive committee to provide updates on the Region’s finances and initiatives, as well as other reports. More details on this will be forthcoming.
