The Subud California Regional Council met for two days during the 2015 Congress. Brief highlights of center reports include:
- Arcata has welcomed two new members (full report)
- Los Angeles is in early stages of negotiation with a new tenant who may take the entire first floor.
- Palo Alto held a poetry and music gathering and is seeking more ways to engage and support members with young families (full report)
- Sacramento has signed a new lease with their Montessori school tenant (full report)
- San Diego has a new tenant, and is working on a plan to fix the roof and skylights (full report)
- San Joaquin enjoys a monthly movie nights and other community events (full report)
- Santa Cruz has rental income growth but needs to raise additional funds for loan payments (full report)

- Marin is working with the Property Management Committee on a possible long term tenancy for the Marin Subud property.
As several centers and groups do not currently have councilors, Council discussion touched on the importance of having all Centers represented so that the Council can draw on the perspective of all members, and help to support communication and connection across the Region
This was the final Council meeting of Renata’ Reid’s term as Regional Chair. The Councilors expressed their great appreciation for her leadership in the last two years, maintaining a calm and steady hand to guide the Region through both challenges and opportunities.
