The Regional Council is delighted to announce that Harlan Gleeson, of Subud California at Los Angeles, has stepped forward as the 2015 California Regional Congress Coordinator. Harlan has prior experience coordinating the Congress at Joshua Tree in 2010, and brings a wealth of knowledge, local contact and energy to this role.
We are returning to the Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys, which is well suited to accommodating our Congress and is conveniently located close to the Burbank airport, so we anticipate a great attendance. The Congress Team is hard at work on the website and other logistics, and planning to open up online registration in March.
There are many opportunities to participate in Congress. Coordinators are needed for transportation, silent auction, youth and childcare, marketing, volunteers, AV/communications equipment and photography/video.
