The Subud California Regional Committee is seeking a Regional Secretary. The Secretary is an officer of Subud California, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, and is a voting member of the Regional Committee and Council.
This volunteer position requires general writing and organizational skills. It offers a great opportunity to participate in ongoing Subud activities and new initiatives happening at the regional level.
The Secretary’s primary duties are:
- Participate in Regional Committee and Council meetings, occurring by teleconference or in-person
- Take, disseminate and maintain minutes of the Regional Council AND the Regional Congress
- Supervise the keeping of records of the Corporation, including the official membership rolls
- Have other duties as the Chair or the Regional Council may prescribe.
