If you do not have international mobile phone service, there are apps available that will allow you to use your smart phone while in Puebla. For example, download the FREE app from Viber and you will be able to phone and text your friends and family at Congress and abroad, as long they have Viber as well, their mobile phone number is in your contact list, and you both are near WiFi.
